目的 为了探讨胃粘膜癌前病变大鼠的舌表现,以及萎缩康治疗后舌与胃粘膜的变化。方法 按新药审批要求,将114只大鼠随机分为6组,进行实验。比较各组大鼠的舌苔、舌苔脱落细胞、舌质、舌面p H值、舌乳头毛细血管个数及瘀血情况,及所对应的胃液 p H 与胃粘膜变化。结果 空白组大鼠以苔薄白,质淡紫为主;造模组以少苔或无苔,质紫暗或有瘀斑为主,两组有显著性差异( P< 001)。萎缩康中剂量组紫暗瘀斑舌明显低于造模组和维酶素对照组( P< 005)。舌面与胃液 p H 值,造模组明显高于空白组( P< 005);萎缩康3种剂量组明显低于造模和维酶素组( P< 005)。舌乳头毛细血管个数及瘀血,造模组明显大于空白组( P< 001);萎缩康3种剂量组明显小于造模和维酶素组( P< 001)。胃粘膜癌前病变及胃癌的发生率,萎缩康3种剂量组明显低于造模和维酶素组( P< 005)。结论 胃粘膜癌前病变大鼠的舌,符合正气亏虚,瘀血阻络证型;萎缩康冲剂具有益气活血化瘀的功效。
Objective To investigate the tongue manifestation of rats with gastric precancerous lesions and the change of tongue and gastric mucosa after treatment with Atrophy. Methods According to the new drug approval requirements, 114 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups to conduct experiments. The tongue coating, exfoliated cells of tongue coating, tongue, tongue surface p H value, the number of capillaries of tongue papillae, and blood stasis were compared in each group of rats, and the corresponding gastric juice p H and gastric mucosal changes were compared. RESULTS: In the blank group, the rats were mainly white and light purple, while those in the model group had little or no moss, dark purple or had ecchymosis. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). The purpura in the atrophic Kangzhong dose group was significantly lower than that in the model group and the riboflavin control group (P < 0.05). The p H value of lingual surface and gastric juice was significantly higher in the model group than in the blank group (P < 0 05). The three dose groups in the Weikangkang group were significantly lower than those in the model group and the vitamine group (P < 0.05). The number of capillaries and blood stasis of tongue papillae were significantly higher in the model group than in the blank group (P < 001). The three dose groups in the Weikangkang group were significantly smaller than those in the model and vitamin group (P < 001). The prevalence of gastric precancerous lesions and gastric cancer were significantly lower in the Weikuang 3 dose groups than in the model-building and retinoid groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The tongue of rats with precancerous lesions of gastric mucosa is in line with deficiency of qi and deficiency of blood stasis, and the syndrome of blood stasis and phlegm stasis. Atrophy and granules have the effect of replenishing Qi, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
