以某长江公路大桥桥墩防护工程为工程背景,首先分析砂枕、袋装级配碎石和格宾网笼石的装袋的特点,分别提出对应的装袋装置及施工方法;其次分析砂枕、袋装级配碎石和格宾网笼石的水下定位精抛施工特点,研发出对应的水下到位自动脱钩装置及精抛施工方法;接着分析砂枕、袋装级配碎石和块石的水上粗抛施工特点,针对砂枕和袋装级配碎石研发出一种水上自动抛填装置及施工方法,针对块石提出挖机水上粗抛施工方法;再次从抛填时间选择、抛填材料质量控制、抛填过程中漂移距离控制、抛填范围和厚度控制等施工控制要点进行了阐述;最后总结了对该施工技术的应用前景,为其他类似工程提供参考。
