本文运用最优化理论和方法,研究了一般类型的空间开链机构与空间闭链五杆机构的轨迹综合,为一些常见机构建立了全结构参数最优轨迹综合的数学模型。明确提出:把一般类型的空间开链机构区分为只能精确再现有限个任意给定的空间点的机构和理论上可精确再现无穷多个任意给定的空间点的机构;首次完成了一般类型空间五杆闭链RRRSR机构的全结构参数最优轨迹综合数值计算。
In this paper, the optimization theory and method are used to study the trajectory synthesis of the general type of open-chain mechanism with spatial closed-chain five-bar mechanism and establish the mathematical model of the optimal trajectory synthesis for all common structures. It is clearly stated that a general type of open chain mechanism of space is divided into a mechanism capable of accurately reproducing only a limited number of arbitrarily given space points and a mechanism capable of accurately reproducing an infinite number of arbitrarily given space points theoretically; Synthetic Numerical Computation of Optimal Trajectory of Structure Parameters of Spatial Five - Bar Closed - Chain RRRSR Mechanism.
