随着城市轨交建设规模的扩大,地铁车站结构的高质量、快速施工已成趋势。建筑领域广泛应用的清水混凝土构件具有外光内实、免装修等特点,已逐渐在地铁车站施工中得到应用。相比一般的现浇柱,预制安装的清水混凝土柱具有一次成形、色泽一致、结构紧凑、占位较小、可预留出更多地下空间等优势;还具有钢筋和预埋管线密集,与梁板接触要求传力可靠等特点。结合上海轨交9号线申江路站预制清水柱施工经验,着重阐述竖向预制及湿法连接工艺,可供类似构件的预制、安装时参考。
With the expansion of the scale of urban rail transit construction, the high quality and rapid construction of subway station structures have become a trend. The clear water concrete components widely used in the construction field have the characteristics of real light inside and no decoration, and have been gradually applied in the construction of metro stations. Compared with ordinary cast-in-situ columns, prefabricated clear water concrete columns have the advantages of once forming, uniform color, compact structure, smaller occupying space and more underground space; moreover, Beam contact requirements of reliable power and other characteristics. Combined with the construction experience of prefabricated water column of Shenjiang Road Station on Line 9 of Shanghai Rail Transit, the vertical prefabrication and wet process connection are emphatically elaborated, which can be used as prefabrication and installation reference for similar components.
