某电厂发生锅炉磨煤机变速箱高速轴断裂,双列调心滚子轴承损坏。通过振动信号频谱分析和轴的宏观、微观及化学成分综合分析,认为高速轴斜齿轮在较大的冲击负荷工况下产生的轴向力,使轴承游隙变化,导致轴承损坏。随着变速箱振动速度和加速度的加大,高速轴在表面应力集中处产生裂纹并最终导致断裂损坏。基于此,提出改进意见以及类似故障的防范措施。
A power plant boiler pulverizer high speed shaft fracture occurs, double row spherical roller bearings damaged. Through the spectrum analysis of vibration signals and the comprehensive analysis of the macroscopic, microscopic and chemical composition of the shaft, it is considered that the axial force generated by the high-speed shaft helical gear under the condition of large impact load changes the bearing clearance and causes the bearing damage. As the vibration speed and acceleration of the transmission increases, the high-speed shaft cracks in the surface stress concentration and finally leads to the fracture damage. Based on this, put forward suggestions for improvement and preventive measures for similar failures.
