中缅油气管道是第一条敷设于滇西横断山脉地区的大口径、高压力长输油气管道,首次遭遇滇西复杂地形、复杂地质条件下的地灾群。介绍了该管道在地质灾害多发地段通过选用大变形钢管来提高管道本体抗应变破坏能力的做法,选取典型案例阐述了该管道在途经泥石流、滑坡、不稳定斜坡、危岩崩塌等各类典型地质灾害条件下时的敷设情形、地质灾害勘察结论、应对措施的选用和治理效果。以上设计建设方法与实践经验,对复杂地形和地质条件下的长输管道工程设计建设具有指导意义。
Burma pipeline was the first large-caliber and high-pressure long-distance oil and gas pipeline to be laid in the Hengduan Mountains in western Yunnan. It was the first time that the Burundi oil and gas pipelines suffered from the disaster in complex terrain and complicated geological conditions in western Yunnan. This paper introduces the method of increasing the anti-strain capacity of pipe body by selecting large deformed steel pipe in multiple geological disasters. The typical case is given to illustrate the typical geological conditions of the pipeline passing debris flow, landslide, unstable slope and dangerous rock collapse Disaster situation under the laying of the case, geological disasters survey results, the selection of response measures and control effects. The above design and construction methods and practical experience are instructive for the design and construction of long distance pipeline projects under complex terrain and geological conditions.
