针对某型飞机登机门使用过程中由于密封结构失效导致驾驶舱漏气的故障,对影响气密性的因素进行分析,建立密封结构的有限元分析模型,通过对其工作过程进行仿真,得到密封结构的实际故障形式,对密封结构的故障区域进行计算分析,最终提出了改进方案并进行有限元计算验证,为改进方案的实施提供数据支持。
In view of the failure of the cockpit due to the failure of the sealing structure during the course of using a certain type of aircraft gate, the factors affecting the airtightness are analyzed, and the finite element analysis model of the sealed structure is established. Through the simulation of the working process, The actual fault form of the seal structure, and the failure area of the seal structure are calculated and analyzed. Finally, the improved scheme is proposed and verified by the finite element method, providing data support for improving the implementation of the scheme.
