目的:观察痤疮平胶囊对雄性金黄地鼠侧腹部皮脂腺斑的大小,皮脂腺斑显微结构改变,以及血清睾酮,血清雌二醇的影响。方法:雄性金黄地鼠50只,随机分成5组:模型组,对照组,治疗组(痤疮平胶囊I组,痤疮平胶囊II组,痤疮平胶囊III组),每组10只。实验开始时测量1次每只地鼠右侧腹部皮脂腺斑的大小。饲养3天后开始灌胃给药,其中:治疗组分别以不同剂量的痤疮平溶液,模型组以生理盐水,对照组以清热暗疮片溶液灌胃,连续灌胃30天。后取每只鼠血测其血清睾酮、血清雌二醇值;再测量1次每只地鼠右侧腹部皮脂腺斑的大小,并取下其组织,切片观察皮脂腺斑的组织学改变。结果:对皮脂腺斑大小的影响:用药后治疗组与模型组,治疗组与对照组之间具有显著性差异,尤其是治疗组大剂量组与模型组和对照组之间差异非常显著。对皮脂腺斑结构的影响:治疗后皮脂腺变薄,质地较前疏松,各组之间无显著性差异。对血清睾酮水平的影响:用药后睾酮水平比较,治疗组与模型组,治疗组与对照组之间具有显著性差异,尤其是痤疮平大剂量组与模型组之间差异非常显著;雌二醇水平比较,痤疮平大剂量组与模型组之间具有显著性差异。结论:痤疮平胶囊治疗痤疮的机理可能在于:影响皮脂腺,调节血清睾酮和雌二醇水平。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the size of sebaceous gland spots, the changes of sebaceous gland microstructure and the effects of serum testosterone and serum estradiol on the side of the male golden hamster. METHODS: Fifty male golden hamsters were randomly divided into five groups: model group, control group, and treatment group (Group A of Hemoping Capsule I, Group II of Hemorrhoids Capsule, Group III of Hemoping Capsule), 10 in each group. The size of the sebaceous glands on the right side of each hamster was measured once at the beginning of the experiment. After 3 days of feeding, the rats were intragastrically administered, in which: the treatment group was given different doses of acne flat solution, the model group was normal saline, and the control group was given gavage with a clear heat acne tablet solution and the stomach was continuously fed for 30 days. After each blood test, blood serum testosterone and serum estradiol were measured. The size of sebaceous glands on the right side of each rat was measured again. The tissue was removed and the histological changes of sebaceous glands were observed. Results: The influence of sebaceous gland size: There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the model group, and between the treatment group and the control group, especially the difference between the high-dose group and the model group and the control group. Effects on sebaceous gland structure: After the treatment, the sebaceous gland became thinner and the texture was looser than before. There was no significant difference between the groups. The effect of serum testosterone levels: After treatment, testosterone levels were compared between the treatment group and the model group, and between the treatment group and the control group. There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group, especially between the acne flat high dose group and the model group. Compared with the level, there was a significant difference between the large acne group and the model group. Conclusion: The mechanism of acne blister treatment of acne may be: affecting the sebaceous glands and regulating serum testosterone and estradiol levels.
