肠道病毒71型灭活疫苗分离纯化方法的研究进展

近年来,肠道病毒71型(enterovirus 71,EV71)感染引起的手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)在我国持续流行,已成为我国现阶段重大的公共卫生问题之一。用疫苗防控EV71感染及HFMD的发生是最经济有效的方法。目前,EV71灭活疫苗研发进展较快,多家研究机构已完成临床Ⅲ期试验。为了获得更高纯度、收率及安全性的疫苗制品,病毒收获液的分离纯化技术十分关键。本文结合现阶段EV71灭活疫苗的生产工艺,对疫苗常用分离纯化方法的研究进展作一综述。 In recent years, hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) caused by Enterovirus 71 (EV71) infection has been continuously prevailed in our country and it has become one of the major public health problems in our country at this stage. Vaccine to prevent EV71 infection and the occurrence of HFMD is the most cost-effective method. Currently, EV71 inactivated vaccine research and development progress is fast, a number of research institutions have completed the clinical phase Ⅲ trial. In order to obtain higher purity, yield and safety of vaccine products, isolation and purification of virus harvest liquid is critical. In this paper, with the current EV71 inactivated vaccine production process, the vaccine isolation and purification methods commonly used in the study are reviewed.
