工作场所空气中己二腈监测方法研究

目的建立工作场所空气中己二腈监测方法。方法选用硅胶管、过氯乙烯滤膜、玻璃纤维滤膜、微孔滤膜和定量滤纸,在实验室,配制高、低两个浓度的实验用气,空气中己二腈浓度为10~60 mg/m3,串联采样,用以上固体吸附剂或滤料同时采样,同时在66盐生产工作场所用硅胶管进行己二腈短时间和长时间串联平行采样。结果浓度在0~400μg/ml时,回归方程y=0.127x-2.49,r=0.9999,最低检出浓度为0.067 mg/m3,硅胶管对己二腈的采样效率均为100%,穿透容量大于12.8 mg,解吸效率均>90%,相对标准偏差<7%,样品在室温下可放置7 d,现场验证符合实际情况,符合《工作场所空气中毒物监测方法的研制规范》WS/T73-1996的要求。结论硅胶管适用于工作场所空气中己二腈浓度的测定。 Objective To establish a method for monitoring adiponitrile in the air of the workplace. Methods The silica gel tube, vinyl chloride membrane, glass fiber membrane, microporous membrane and quantitative filter paper were selected. In the laboratory, high and low concentrations of experimental gas were prepared. The concentration of adiponitrile in air was 10 ~ 60 mg / m3, series sampling, simultaneous sampling of the above solid adsorbent or filter material, and parallel sampling of adiponitrile in short time and long time in a 66 salt production workplace with a silicone tube. Results The regression equation y = 0.127x-2.49, r = 0.9999 and the lowest detection limit was 0.067 mg / m3 when the concentration ranged from 0 to 400μg / ml. The sampling efficiency of the tube for adiponitrile was 100% More than 12.8 mg, desorption efficiency> 90%, relative standard deviation <7%, the sample can be placed at room temperature for 7 days, field verification in line with the actual situation, in line with “workplace air toxicological monitoring methods developed” WS / T73- 1996 requirements. Conclusion Silicone tubing is suitable for the determination of adiponitrile concentration in the workplace air.
