经济活动的产生和发展,都是生产力水平与人们需求不断升级相互作用的产物。随着社会经济、文化的发展,以及人们收入水平和消费观念、消费结构的变化,越来越多的人开始注意到以客户为中心的体验经济时代到来了。笔者基于针对北京市四城区,通过对不同消费人群的调查,重在之前的调研上探究当前体验经济在国内的本土化发展情况,重点分析研究其存在优势、劣势,以及显现出来的发展问题,同时相应提出了政策建议。并对其发展前景进行探析。
The emergence and development of economic activities are the product of the interaction between the level of productive forces and the constantly upgrading of people’s needs. With the socio-economic and cultural development, as well as changes in people’s income level and consumption concept and consumption structure, more and more people are beginning to notice that the era of customer-oriented experience economy has arrived.
