企业文化是企业经营实践中所形成的价值观念和行为方式的总和,是企业存在的依据和发展的灵魂。企业文化在现代企业经营中的巨大作用日渐凸显出来,成为企业经营最深厚的基础和最根本的要素,直接决定着企业的市场竞争力和企业的兴衰成败。企业文化对员工有着有凝聚功能、导向功能、激励功能、约束功能、辐射功能。目前,我国许多企业在企业文化建设方面存在了很多误区,如何建设有利于企业管理的优秀企业文化是企业面临的一个很重要的问题。
