利用氨基硅烷偶联剂KH-792对醋酸纤维素(CA)表面进行改性,同时研究了表面改性后的CA对脂肪酶的固定效果。红外光谱测定了硅烷剂以化学键的形式结合在CA表面,使CA表面带有了氨基活性基团。有机元素分析表明,硅烷剂的接枝量为11.66%。当改性时间为24h,硅烷剂浓度为6%时,酶固定量和活性收率最高,分别为25.8mg/g和43.3%。
The surface of cellulose acetate (CA) was modified by aminosilane coupling agent KH-792, and the immobilization effect of surface-modified CA on lipase was also studied. Infrared spectroscopy measured the silane bond to form a chemical bond in the CA surface, so that the surface of the CA carries amino reactive groups. Organic elemental analysis showed that the grafting amount of silane agent was 11.66%. When the modification time was 24 h and the concentration of silane was 6%, the amount of immobilized enzyme and the yield of active enzyme were the highest, which were 25.8 mg / g and 43.3% respectively.
