爆炸复合的有效工业应用是生产层状金属复合材料。使壁厚3.5mm的不锈钢管与钛棒爆炸复合,获得了与钛等强的钛-不锈钢复合棒。结合界面金相观察表明,界面附近的金属流动适度,避免了漩涡熔化和形成金属间化合物,完整的结合由不锈钢与钛直接形成。拉剪强度与钛的拉伸强度比值为0.6~0.7。检验结果表明,高强结合是由于存在于界面的金属原子间作用力起到了实质性作用。本质上这是一种冶金结合,同时又避免了许多冶金缺陷在界面出现。
An effective industrial application of explosive composites is the production of layered metal composites. Metallographic observation of the interface shows that the flow of metal in the vicinity of the interface is modest, avoiding vortex melting and formation of intermetallic compounds. The test results show that the high-strength bonding is due to the interaction between the metal atoms present in the interface played a substantial role. This is essentially a metallurgical combination that avoids many metallurgical defects appearing at the interface.
