经交通运输部和中国科协批准,12月16日,“中国公路学会第七届全国会员代表大会”在北京如期召开。交通运输部副部长冯正霖,中国公路学会终身名誉理事长王展意,中国公路学会第六届理事会理事长李居昌,原交通部副部长胡希捷,中国科协学会学术部副部长刘兴平、民政部社团管理二处副处长李伟,交通运输部总工程师、部专家委员会主任周海涛等领导,以及部有关司局、在京直属单位的负责同志、学会老领导、部管有关社团的负责同志出席了开幕式。
