新华网北京7月10日电(刘浦泉王涛)北京奥运食品安全保障工作取得了多方面的进展,从食品安全标准制订到监控系统建设,从可追溯系统建设到检测体系构建,从奥运食品赛前监控到突发事件应急处理等方面,均取得了积极成效。据10日召开的北京奥运食品安全专家委员会第二次会议透露,目前北京已制订了《奥运会食品安全包装、贮运执行标准和适用原则》等奥运食品安全技术规范,并确定了粮油、豆制品、蔬菜、果类、肉类、禽蛋类、奶制品、水产品、调味品、饮料等10大类345个品种的奥运食品安全技术规范。
