命题是提升教师专业素养和教学能力的重要路径。“一份科学、有效的试题不仅体现教师对课标、教材的理解与把握能力,也体现教师对学生的研究深度、对学生学习的了解程度。”~([1])然而老师们常有这样的体会:点评试题容易,等到自己命题时却捉襟见肘甚至痛苦不堪。于是有人感叹“不是我要命题,而是题要我命”。笔者在此叙述命制美欧关系题的过程,借此分析命题的基本原则和一般程序。
Proposition is an important way to enhance teachers’ professionalism and teaching ability. “A scientific and effective examination not only reflects the teacher’s ability to understand and grasp the curriculum standard and teaching materials, but also reflects the teacher’s research depth on the students and their understanding of the students’ learning.” [1] However, teachers Often have this experience: Comments test questions easy, wait until their own proposition even hard-pressed. So someone sighs, “not my proposition, but the title to my life.” Here I narrate the process of the relationship between the United States and Europe, and analyze the basic principles and general procedures of propositions.
