内蒙古河套灌区有优越的水、土、光、热自然条件,由于有保证引水灌溉的水利工程,使之成为自治区内少有的农牧业生产稳定增长的地区。但是由于水利工程不配套,排灌比例失调,土壤盐碱化严重,生产水平仍然较低。同全国其它灌区相比,差距很大。同其拥有的自然资源优势很不相称。我们准备增加对河套灌区的投入,进一步改善排灌条件及其它生产条件,以发挥其生产潜力。现在正集中一批科学技术力量,已经拿出一大笔钱,进行以灌排工程配套初
Inner Mongolia Hetao Irrigation has excellent natural conditions of water, soil, light and heat. Due to the water conservancy projects that ensure water diversion and irrigation, it has become a rare area where the production of agriculture and animal husbandry in the autonomous region grows steadily. However, due to inadequate water conservancy projects, the imbalance between irrigation and drainage, and serious soil salinization, the production level is still low. We intend to increase our investment in Hetao Irrigation District to further improve irrigation and drainage conditions and other production conditions in order to realize its potential for production.
