在我国,主题法也开始在情报、图书部门得到了应用。随着档案的开放利用,档案馆门庭若市的局面将经久不衰,不衰的保证则在于最大限度地满足利用者的要求。为此,必须采用标引主题词的方法深化检索。1985年5月国家颁发的《档案著录规则》中规定“主题词”为必要项目,这就表明主题法已为档案部门所采用,它标志着我国档案文件检索工作领域开拓了一块新天地。基于一定的实践与思考,本文试图对档案部门建立主题检索体系的苦干问题作一肤浅地探讨。
In our country, thematic law has begun to be applied in intelligence and library departments. With the opening up and utilization of archives, the situation of the archives will be enduring, and the guarantee is to meet the requirements of users to the maximum extent. To this end, we must use the method of indexing keywords to deepen the search. In May 1985, the “Regulations for Cataloging Records” issued by the State stipulated that the “keyword” is an essential item, which indicates that the theme law has been adopted by the archival department, which marks a new world opened up in the field of archives search in our country. Based on a certain amount of practice and thinking, this paper attempts to make a shallow discussion on the hard work of the archival department in setting up a subject retrieval system.
