社会领域中的“内耗”是指一个群体内部结构不合理或组织成分、成员之间的某些目的、动机、行为的不协调而引起的纠纷、摩擦、碰掸、冲突等,从而导致整体性功能减弱产生的负效应。在我们一些企业的领导班子中,也有这种内耗现象。 一、内耗的表现形式 主要有:(1)只顾自己,不顾企业。(2)老大自居、墨守成规,自以为是,思想保守。(3)不是谋事,而是谋人,不是研究市场,而是钻研官场:正事不干,成天琢磨别人;我不行,叫你也十不成。(4)以人论事,划小圈子。(5)
