人力资源是当前企业健康发展的重要资源,加强人力资源的管理对促进企业竞争力的提升、工作效率的增加有着非常大的帮助。因此现代企业对人力资源规划引起高度的重视,希望以此来提升企业自身的综合竞争力,但是在实际的规划管理中其有效性较低,发挥出来的效果不是十分的明显,本文主要对人力资源规划的具体措施展开探讨。
