在我国社会主义市场经济发展的进程中,事业单位是提供社会公益服务的主体,也是推动我国社会主义现代化建设的重要力量。事业单位与行政单位和企业单位有着明显的不同,它具有服务性和非营利性的特征,这种特点就给事业单位的人力资源管理工作带来了明显不同的要求。人力资源管理中最为重要的一个环节就是激励机制,它也是充分刺激事业单位工作人员积极性的重要举措。当前,我国事业单位人力资源管理中的激励机制还存在着很多的问题,本文针对其中的问题进行分析,找出促进人力资源管理激励机制建设的有效对策。
In the course of the development of the socialist market economy in our country, public institutions are the main body that provides public welfare services and an important force that promotes the socialist modernization in our country. Institutions and administrative units and business units have a marked difference, it has a service and non-profit characteristics, this feature gives the institutions of human resource management has brought a distinctly different requirements. Human resources management is the most important part of the incentive mechanism, it is also an important measure to stimulate the enthusiasm of staff in public institutions. At present, there are still many problems in the incentive mechanism of human resource management in public institutions in our country. Based on the analysis of the problems, this paper finds out the effective countermeasures to promote the incentive mechanism of human resource management.
