高职院校的办学方向决定了它与企业在科技创新方面具有共同的利益基础和价值取向。以科技创新理论和战略协同理论为研究基础,以资源互补、功能互动、平台互通、风险互偿为基本原则,从健全规章制度、优化组织结构、改进运作方式、建立指标体系、完善运行条件等方面分析构建协同科技创新机制的基本要素,结合利益关联、产品研发、设施建设、项目管理、政策引导等措施提出实现协同科技创新机制的途径和建议。
The direction of running a higher vocational college determines that it shares common interests and values with the enterprises in science and technology innovation.
