人工栽培荠菜,一般以秋播为主。与野生荠菜一样,10月下旬至翌年3月中旬采收供应,3月中旬以后则抽苔开花,失去食用价值。春季栽培,则可使荠菜的供应期延迟到4~5月份。其栽培技术要点是: 1.选择品种 应选择耐热力强,抽苔较晚的散叶荠菜;板叶荠菜抽苔早,不宜春播。 2.适期播种 可在2月上旬至4月下旬播种,尤以3月中旬最为适宜,播种过早,则温度较低,出苗不齐发棵慢,营养生长不良,易导致抽苔,品质差。播前要求耕翻整地,每亩施腐熟人畜粪2500~3000公斤作基肥,并将地做成深沟高畦。通常采用撒播,每亩播种量50~100克。因荠菜种子细小,播种时可以拌适量的细土或细沙子,以保证播种均匀。播种后不需再耙
