目的观察一种新检测方法(冲洗过滤培养法)对内镜清洗消毒效果并进行评价。方法通过扩大采样量和滤膜过滤法,对内镜清洗消毒效果进行检测和评价。结果利用新的检测方法,从新疆维吾尔自治区10家医疗机构中共采样检测消毒后内镜92条,平均消毒效果合格率为87.0%。支气管镜、胃镜、肠镜的合格率分别是94.1%、88.6%和80.6%。消毒后的肠镜污染超标严重。结论新疆部分医疗机构内镜消毒效果合格率偏低,新检测方法提高了对消毒后内镜残留存活菌检出率,消毒效果不达标的医疗机构应重新审视内镜清洗消毒流程和消毒效果监测方法。
Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of endoscope cleaning and disinfection on a new detection method (irrigation and filtration culture method). Methods By expanding the sampling volume and membrane filtration method, the endoscopic cleaning and disinfection effects were detected and evaluated. Results The new detection method was used to detect 92 endoscopes after disinfection from 10 medical institutions in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The average pass rate of disinfection was 87.0%. Bronchoscope, endoscopy, colonoscopy qualified rate was 94.1%, 88.6% and 80.6%. After disinfection colonoscopy over the serious pollution. Conclusion The qualified rate of endoscopic disinfection in some medical institutions in Xinjiang is low. The new detection method improves the detection rate of endolymphatic residual viable bacteria after disinfection, and medical institutions that do not meet the disinfection effect should reexamine the endoscopic cleaning and disinfection process and the monitoring of disinfection effect method.
