针对煤矿热电厂输煤系统中各级设备布局分散、难以统一调度等问题,以峰峰集团薛村煤矿输煤系统的工艺流程为背景,对系统经常出现的一些技术问题进行了分析并提出了相应的解决方法。通过比较分布控制系统(Distributed Contrd Systym,DCS)、现场总线控制系统(Fioldbus Control System,FCS)及工业以太网等3种控制结构在输煤系统中的应用,提出了一种基于工业以太网通信协议的输煤自动化系统设计方案,并详细介绍了系统监控软件设计思想和相关通信协议设置,实现了输煤系统自动化控制及各级设备的监控保护。
Aiming at the problems such as scattered layout of equipment at all levels in coal-fired thermal power plant and difficulties in unified dispatching and so on, taking the technological process of coal transportation system in Xuefeng Mine of Fengfeng Group as a background, some technical problems that often occur in the system are analyzed and correspondingly proposed Solution. By comparing the application of distributed control system (Distributed Contrd Systym, DCS), Fieldbus Control System (FCS) and Industrial Ethernet in the coal handling system, this paper proposes an Ethernet based on Industrial Ethernet Agreement coal handling system design automation, and introduced in detail the design of system monitoring software and related communication protocol settings to achieve the automatic control of coal handling systems and equipment at all levels of monitoring and protection.
