党的十三届六中全会作出的《中共中央关于加强党同人民群众联系的决定》指出,人民群众是我们党的力量源泉和胜利之本。能否始终保持和发展同人民群众的血肉联系,直接关系到党和国家的盛衰兴亡。历史经验证明,什么时候党的群众路线执行得好,党群关系密切,我们的事业就顺利发展;什么时候党的群众路线执行得不好,党群关系受到损害,我们的事业就遭受挫折。本文就闽西三年游击战争时党政军民的血肉
The “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening the Link between the Party and the People” made by the 6th Plenary Session of the 13th Central Committee of the Party states that the masses of the people are the source of strength and victory of our party. Whether or not we can always maintain and develop flesh-and-blood ties with the people and the masses has a direct bearing on the ups and downs of the party and our country. Historical experience proves that when the party’s mass line is well implemented and the party-masses relations are closely linked, our cause will develop smoothly. When the party’s mass line is not implemented well and the party-mass relations are harmed, our cause will suffer a setback. This article is about the flesh and blood of the party, the government and the people during the three years guerrilla war in West Fujian
