为了研究不同镁质熔剂对烧结矿的影响,对烧结原料配加不同比例的蛇纹石和白云石进行了工业实验。结果显示:在镁含量不变的情况下,蛇纹石配比由1%增加到3.1%,烧结矿中SiO2增加了0.66%,CaO含量提高了1.2%,烧结矿品位降低0.58%,Al/Si由0.45降至0.40。矿相分析结果显示:烧结矿主要矿物铁酸钙、赤铁矿、磁铁矿占到了总量的90%左右,磁铁矿含量增加,赤铁矿、铁酸钙含量降低。冶金性能测定结果显示:随着蛇纹石配比由1%增加至3.1%,转鼓指数由74.1%增加至75.9%,低温还原粉化指数(RDI+3.15)由一期的54.9%增加至68%,还原度由92.1%略降至91.4%。
In order to study the effect of different magnesia fluxes on sinter, industrial experiments were carried out by adding different proportions of serpentine and dolomite to the sinter raw materials. The results show that the proportion of serpentine increases from 1% to 3.1%, the content of SiO2 in sinter increases 0.66%, the content of CaO increases 1.2% and the grade of sinter decreases 0.58%, while the content of Al / Si decreased from 0.45 to 0.40. The results of the phase analysis show that the main minerals of sinter, such as calcium ferrite, hematite and magnetite, account for about 90% of the total. The content of magnetite increases and the content of hematite and calcium ferrite decreases. The results of metallurgical properties showed that the drum index increased from 74.1% to 75.9% with the serpentine ratio increasing from 1% to 3.1%, and the RDI + 3.15 increased from 54.9% in the first phase to 68%, the degree of reduction slightly reduced from 92.1% to 91.4%.
