A new monovalent Cu (CH 3 COCHCOOEt) [P (NEt 2) 3] 2 was synthesized by electrochemical method using sacrificial metal anode. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR and characterization , And studied the reaction mechanism.
