煤矿机械化掘进工作面的超前支护,一直制约着掘进工作面的安全和效率。在总结多种超前临时支架特点的基础上,种提出了一种全新的、具有很强适应能力的掘进工作面蠕动式超前临时液压支架的技术方案。这种蠕动式支架由程序阀控制,可随掘进机的掘进而不断前移。这样能够实现掘进与支护平行作业,既提高效率,又保证安全。
