农村小额贷款产品的推出是涉农金融机构助力“三农”的重要举措,因产品服务对象的特殊性决定了其必须直面以差序格局为特质的空间环境,需要直面以血缘、地缘为纽带的广大农村地区。然而在这个以“熟人”关系为主导的场域中,强关系在发挥充当信用基础、缓解信息不对称、形成监督惩罚等作用的同时,也容易滋生多人承贷一人使用、私贷公用等风险。本文对强关系介入农村小额贷款运行中的原因进行了分析,并提出了化解其负面作用的政策建议。
