对75例典型和15例不典型风湿热病儿作了1～22年随访。典型病例中65.3％有风湿复发,46.6％遗留风心病,3例死亡。正规及时治疗可明显改变预后。不典型病例随访后,4例转为典型。舞蹈病痊愈后,3例有癫痫发作。 A total of 75 cases of typical and 15 cases of atypical rheumatic fever were followed up for 1 to 22 years. In typical cases, 65.3% had rheumatic relapse, 46.6% left rheumatic heart disease and 3 died. Formal and timely treatment can significantly change the prognosis. After atypical cases were followed up, 4 cases turned to typical. After chorea healed, three had seizures.
