正处在人生转折敏感期的大学生,其情绪容易受到生理、心理以及社会等多重因素的影响而产生困扰,其中包括抑郁情绪。大学生抑郁情绪是怎样产生的?非宗教场景下的道教仪式音乐聆听手法介入对大学生抑郁情绪引导是否有效?若有效,又是怎样影响的?这些疑问将是本文尝试探求的目标:通过SDS心理量表测量出被试群体及个人的抑郁情绪值,然后播放道教科仪音乐进行干预,最后以自编调查问卷结合访谈法得到准确的个体答案。
University students who are in the sensitive period of their life are easily affected by multiple factors such as physical, psychological and social factors, including depression. How do the depressive mood of college students arise? How to intervene in the non-religious scene of Taoist ritual music listening is effective for guiding the depression of college students? If so, how are they affected? These questions will be the objective of this thesis: Table measured the depressed groups and individuals emotional values, and then broadcast the Taoist music instrument for intervention, and finally self-questionnaire combined with interview to get accurate individual answers.
