教师在施教过程中,最头痛、最棘手的问题莫过于“问题学生”。本文重点阐述了3个转化“问题学生”的教育策略:放下架子,与“问题学生”平等相处;刚柔并济,给“问题学生”严明纪律规范;一视同仁,让“问题学生”感受到公平公正,促进“问题学生”的转化。
Teachers in the process of teaching, the most headache, the most intractable problem than “problem students ”. This article focuses on the three transformation “problem students ” education strategy: put down the shelf, and “problem students ” equal access; rigid and soft, to “problem students ” strict discipline; “Problem students ” Feel fair and impartial, and promote “Students ” transformation.
