机身钢构架是某机型飞机前机身的主要结构件,它属于大型钢管角盒焊接结构,具有较复杂的飞机理论外形,还带有与机翼和发动机联接的主交点接头,同时焊接的焊缝质量要求很高,机身钢构架的焊接质量的好坏直接影响到飞机的飞行安全。本文在介绍某机型机身结构特点的基础上,分析了关键技术难点,给出了具体的技术方案,详细阐述了该机型机身钢构架的焊接技术流程。
The fuselage steel frame is the main structure of the aircraft fuselage before a certain type of aircraft.
