This article mainly expounds several main factors that affect students ’listening and speaking in ethnic minority areas and a series of teaching reform measures adopted by schools according to the specific conditions in their respective regions. The purpose of this paper is to explore how to improve students’ English proficiency in ethnic minority areas in an all-round way.
