为探讨超声生物显微镜(UBM)对前段玻璃体视网膜疾病的诊断价值。用UBM检查39例40眼,并与临床检查、B型超声波检查及手术中观察结合起来,综合评价UBM单项检查的客观性。结果:UBM能良好地显示从角膜到赤道部的眼前段结构,发现视网膜脱离26眼,视网膜环形收缩17眼,视网膜前移位14眼,玻璃体混浊或机化37眼,睫状体或脉络膜脱离18眼,睫状体上皮脱离3眼,巩膜穿刺孔处增殖5眼,眼内肿瘤样改变3眼,硅油周增殖8眼和硅油乳化4眼。结论:UBM能客观的反应并记录前段玻璃体视网膜疾病的改变,对前段玻璃体视网膜疾病能起到诊断和鉴别诊断、指导治疗、估计预后的作用
To investigate the value of ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) in the diagnosis of anterior vitreoretinal diseases. 39 cases were examined by UBM and 40 eyes. Combined with clinical examination, B-mode ultrasonography and intraoperative observation, the objectivity of UBM single examination was comprehensively evaluated. Results: UBM could well show the anterior segment structure from the cornea to the equator and found that retinal detachment occurred in 26 eyes, retinal annular contraction in 17 eyes, anterior retina in 14 eyes, vitreous opacity or mechanization in 37 eyes, ciliary body or choroidal detachment Eighteen eyes, three ciliary body epithelial detachment, five eyes scleral puncture, three intraocular neoplasia, eight proliferative silicone weeks and four silicone emulsions. Conclusion: UBM can objectively reflect and record the changes of anterior vitreoretinal diseases, and can play an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the anterior vitreoretinal diseases, guiding the treatment and estimating the prognosis
