目的了解影响成人HIV/AIDS患者抗病毒治疗依从性的相关危险因素。方法随机选取鹤壁市传染病医院正在接受国家免费抗病毒治疗的HIV/AIDS成人患者共113例作为研究对象,观察时间为2个月。记录患者一般资料及漏服、错服药物情况。结果成人HIV/AIDS患者中依从性好的为91例(80.5%),依从性差的为22例(19.5%)。生活态度、疾病认知度、居住地、有无配偶可能为影响依从性好差的危险因素。结论生活态度不积极、疾病认知度低、居住在农村及无配偶的患者治疗依从性较差。应做好上述4类HIV/AIDS患者的依从性教育工作,必要时应采取个体化教育和针对性措施。
Objective To understand the risk factors associated with antiviral treatment compliance in adults with HIV / AIDS. Methods A total of 113 adult HIV / AIDS patients undergoing free antiviral treatment in Hebi City Infectious Diseases Hospital were randomly selected as study subjects and the observation time was 2 months. Record the general information of patients and missed service, wrong medication situation. Results Among 91 HIV / AIDS patients, 91 (80.5%) had good compliance and 22 (19.5%) had poor compliance. Life attitude, disease awareness, place of residence, spouse may be a risk factor for poor compliance. Conclusion The attitude towards life is not positive, disease awareness is low, and patients living in rural areas and without spouses have poor compliance with treatment. Compliance education should be done for the above four types of HIV / AIDS patients and individualized education and targeted measures should be taken when necessary.
