复杂产品系统的特殊性决定其创新过程必须将部分模块外包,因此选择合适的供应商显得尤为重要。在总结归纳现有供应商选择指标体系研究结论的基础上,结合复杂产品系统的特点,建立由产品竞争力、合作双方兼容性、技术水平、供应商竞争力4个二级指标、15个三级指标组成的复杂产品系统供应商选择指标体系;在此基础上,以条件熵计算得出各项选择指标的权重,采用Borda选择法找出整体最优的供应商;最后通过算例验证整个选择指标体系的可操作性。
