目的:通过现代科学方法确定毛樱桃抗冻伤乙醇提取的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交实验设计法优选毛樱桃的最佳提取工艺,采用兔耳冻伤模型进行提取物抗冻伤实验研究。结果:毛樱桃加8倍量95%乙醇,采用索氏提取器回流提取2次,每次1.5h,此条件下的提取率最高,该提取物在兔耳冻伤试验中能明显减轻兔耳局部冻伤组织红肿等炎症反应,防止水泡产生和组织坏死,对兔耳轻、中度冻伤有显著的治疗作用。结论:本研究确定了毛樱桃最佳醇乙提取工艺,且提取物具有显著的抗炎及抗冻伤作用。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the best technology of ethanol extraction from frostbite by using modern scientific methods. Methods: The orthogonal design was used to optimize the process of extracting cherry, and the frostbite injury model was used to study the frost resistance of the extract. Results: The plucked cherry and 8 times the amount of 95% ethanol were extracted by Soxhlet extractor twice each time for 1.5h, the extraction rate was the highest under this condition. This extract could significantly reduce the local area of rabbit ear frostbite Frostbite and other inflammatory reactions inflamed tissue to prevent blisters and tissue necrosis of the rabbit ear light, moderate frostbite have a significant therapeutic effect. Conclusion: This study identified the best cherry alcohol B extraction process, and the extract has a significant anti-inflammatory and frostbite effect.
