【目的】探讨维库溴铵联合机械通气治疗重症新生儿破伤风的疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。【方法】16例重症新生儿破伤风随机分为对照组8例和治疗组8例,对照组采用常规综合治疗,实验组在综合治疗的基础上采用维库溴铵联合机械通气治疗措施。【结果】实验组8例患儿全部治愈出院,对照组死亡率达62.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组中脑损伤的发生率为12.5%,对照组中存活的病例均有不同程度的脑损伤,发生率为100%。【结论】维库溴铵联合机械通气是治疗重症新生儿破伤风有效、安全的方法,降低新生儿破伤风的死亡率,减少并发症。
【Objective】 To investigate the curative effect of vecuronium combined with mechanical ventilation on severe neonatal tetanus and provide reference for clinical treatment. 【Methods】 Twenty-six cases of severe neonatal tetanus were randomly divided into control group (n = 8) and treatment group (n = 8). The control group was treated with routine combination therapy. The experimental group was treated with vecuronium combined with mechanical ventilation on the basis of comprehensive treatment. 【Results】 All 8 patients in the experimental group were cured. The mortality rate in the control group was 62.5% (P <0.01). The incidence of intermediate brain injury in the experimental group was 12.5%. The survival rate in the control group Have different degrees of brain injury, the incidence was 100%. 【Conclusion】 Vecuronium combined with mechanical ventilation is an effective and safe method for the treatment of severe neonatal tetanus, which can reduce the mortality rate of neonatal tetanus and reduce the complications.
