2 0世纪后半叶 ,以电子计算机为代表的科技革命使人类进入了高度信息化社会 ,而语言作为信息最重要的载体 ,它不仅是人与人的交流工具 ,而且也成为人与机器的交流工具。为了应付网络时代知识膨胀、“信息爆炸”向人类提出的挑战 ,计算机语言信息处理已列入知识创新工程重点研究领域 ,一门以计算语言学理论为基础、具有广泛应用价值的语言工程学 ,正显示出无比恢弘的发展前景 ,因而成为当前国际学术界最热门的研究课题之一。本文拟从语言学和计算机科学的学科交叉性着眼 ,针对网络时代背景下语言信息处理领域若干理论问题和技术问题略陈管见。
In the second half of the 20th century, the revolution in science and technology, represented by electronic computers, brought mankind into a highly informatized society. As the most important carrier of information, language is not only an exchange tool between people but also a human and machine communication tools. In order to meet the challenges posed to mankind by the knowledge expansion in cybertimes and the information explosion, computer language information processing has been included in the key research areas of knowledge innovation engineering. Based on computational linguistics theory, language engineering with extensive application value, Is showing a very promising development prospects, which has become one of the hottest research topics in the international academic community. This paper intends to focus on the interdisciplinary aspects of linguistics and computer science, and discusses some theoretical and technical issues in the field of language information processing in the age of the Internet.
