探讨房地产开发企业设计冲突的影响,分析有效冲突管理的意义,总结设计冲突管理的产生原因。提出以“引导”为核心策略进行具体的冲突管理;以规范化、流程化、信息化、知识化的方式减少冲突的负面影响;激发冲突的正面效应等管理策略。 Discusses the influence of the design conflict of the real estate development enterprise, analyzes the significance of the effective conflict management and summarizes the reason of the design conflict management. In this paper, we propose a concrete conflict management with “guide ” as the core strategy; reduce the negative impact of conflicts by means of standardization, process, informatization and knowledge; and manage the positive effects such as conflicts.
