对定向凝固过程中不同取向晶粒竞争生长的理论、实验及模拟等三方面研究工作进行了评述。通过比较分析发现,现有经典理论模型在一定程度上可以解释某些晶粒竞争生长行为,但实验观测及计算模拟之中也发现了众多与现有理论预测不一致的结果,且由于体系维度、枝晶形貌及凝固条件上的差异,不同的观测结果之间存在较大差异,对晶粒竞争生长规律目前还没有达成共识,更无相关定量化判据。综合现有研究结果,进一步系统考察各种因素对晶粒竞争生长的影响规律是本领域发展的重要方向,对工业进步及凝固理论科学的发展都将具有重要意义。
The theoretical, experimental and simulation studies on the competition growth of different oriented grains in directional solidification process are reviewed. Through comparative analysis, it is found that the existing classical theoretical models can explain some of the grain competition growth behavior to a certain extent, but many results inconsistent with the existing theoretical predictions have also been found in the experimental observation and calculation simulation. Due to the system dimension, Dendrite morphology and solidification conditions differences between the different observations there is a big difference between the competition for the growth of the law of grains has not yet reached a consensus, more no relevant quantitative criteria. Based on the existing research results, it is important to further investigate systematically the influence of various factors on the competition and growth of grains, which will be an important direction in the development of the industry and will be of great significance to the progress of industry and the development of solidification theory.
