近几年,全国多个城市雨天“看海”现象不断出现,暴露出城市地下基础设施落后的突出问题,城市地下综合管廊和排水防涝设施建设已经迫在眉睫。随后,地下综合管廊政策密集出台并不断加码、细化。自2015年8月国务院印发《关于推进城市地下综合管廊建设的指导意见》以来,国内就掀起了地下综合管廊的建设热潮,这也将是未来几年基础建设的热点。
