本文采用弹塑性有限元分析,计算了纯弯曲载荷作用下局部减薄管道的极限弯矩。结果表明,管道的极限弯矩不仅与局部减薄的宽度有关而且与局部减薄的轴向长度也有关。当减薄长度大于某一临界值,有限元结果与不考虑减薄长度影响的净截面跨塌准则(Net-SectionCollapse)所得到的结果一致。所以,可以保守地用净截面跨塌准则来评定受弯曲载荷作用的局部减薄管道的极限承载能力。
In this paper, using the elasto-plastic finite element analysis, the ultimate bending moment of local thinning pipe under pure bending load is calculated. The results show that the ultimate bending moment of the pipe is not only related to the width of the local thinning but also to the axial length of the local thinning. When the thinning length is greater than a certain critical value, the finite element results are consistent with the results obtained from the Net-Section Collapse criterion that does not consider the effect of thinning length. Therefore, the net cross-section collapse criteria can be used conservatively to assess the ultimate load carrying capacity of locally thinned pipes subjected to bending loads.
