产业结构是指国民经济各产业间的组合、构成和相互影响、相互作用。产业结构是国民经济结构的基础和主要内容。产业结构是否合理,对整个国民经济的长期稳定发展及其经济效益的提高,具有极大影响。产业结构有了改善,但仍很落后党的十一届三中全会以来,我国经济持续增长,社会总产值、工农业总产值、国民收入和财政收入年均增长都超过或接近10％,远远超过同期其它国家的发展速度。与此同时,一度严重失调的产业结构得到了很大改善,工农业间的比例、轻重工业间的比例正逐步向协调发展。农业的发展速度明显加快,为工业的发展提供了充足的原料和广
