例1:男,1 2/12岁,因呕吐,腹胀、腹泻就诊,诊断为消化不良,给予乳酸菌素片0.4,每日3次口服,服药2次后即出现两手紧握,牙关紧闭,双目略上翻,头后仰,考虑为锥体外系反应,给予654-2拮抗后缓解,停用乳酸菌素后无类似发作。 例2:男,1 7/12岁,以“黄色水样便1天”为代主诉就诊,无呕吐,查:体温36.5℃,心肺无异常发现,腹部柔软,听诊肠鸣音略亢进,诊断为急性肠炎,给予氟哌酸0.05,TmP0.025,乳酸菌素片0.6,次苍片0.3,颠茄片5mg,每日3次口服,服药1次后即出现步态不稳,似醉酒样,表情呆滞,停药后约10小时方才恢复正常。后笔者追问病史得知,该患儿1周岁时因腹胀而服用乳酸菌素后曾出现不良反应,表现为头后仰,停用该药并给予治疗后正常(具体治疗不详)。

After the author asked the medical history that the children 1 year old due to abdominal distension and taking lactic streptozotocin appeared adverse reactions, manifested as head back, stop using the drug and give normal after treatment (specific treatment is unknown).
