目前国内外关于型(芯)砂溃散性能的测试和评定尚无统一的和较为准确的方法。现在较常用的检测方法,一种是测定残留强度,一种是测定破碎指数,再一种是测定溃散功。以上方法均能在一定程度上表明型(芯)砂的溃散性能。但是应该指出,以上方法均与生产实际,对铸型破坏的受力情况有所不同,因此其效果和所得数据也就不能较为真实地和准确地反映型(芯)砂的溃散性能。为此,作者研制了一种新的测试仪器,模拟铸型(芯)落砂状况。采用新仪器所测结果较之目前所用测试方法,更为逼真地反映型(芯)砂溃散性能。其次,本文根据新的检测方法,提出了表征型(芯)砂溃散性的新概念——落砂指数。本仪器装置的使用,将有助于统一溃散性能的检测方法,统一检测指标,以便相互比较。此外根据检测结果,采取有效措施,提高型(芯)砂溃散性能,对提高旧砂回收率、降低成本具有一定指导意义。
At present, there is no uniform and accurate method of testing and assessing the performance of core-shaped sand collapse at home and abroad. Now more common detection methods, one is to determine the residual strength, one is to determine the broken index, and the other is to measure the collapse work. The above methods can be to some extent that type (core) sand collapse performance. However, it should be pointed out that all of the above methods are different from the actual production and the stress on the mold destruction. Therefore, the effect and the obtained data can not reflect the collapse performance of the core sand more truly and accurately. To this end, the authors developed a new test equipment to simulate the situation of mold (core) falling sand. The results measured by the new instrument compared with the current test methods, more realistic reflection type (core) sand collapse performance. Secondly, based on the new detection method, this paper presents a new concept of sand-dust index, which is the characterization of the collapse of core sand. The use of the instrument will help to unify the detection methods of collapsing performance and unify the detection of indicators so as to compare with each other. In addition, based on the test results, effective measures are taken to improve the performance of core-sand collapse, which is of guiding significance for improving the recovery of old sand and reducing the cost.
