采用激光电弧复合焊对S355J2耐候钢进行焊接,研究了焊接接头组织和性能。结果表明,耐候钢激光电弧焊焊缝分为电弧区、过渡区和激光区,微观组织主要为铁素体+珠光体。抗拉强度和屈服强度满足要求,焊接接头抗拉强度达到500 MPa以上,与母材强度相当。随着板厚的增加,耐候钢抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐减小,伸长率增加。耐候钢焊接接头10 mm板厚最高硬度大于16 mm板厚最高硬度。焊接接头激光区平均硬度最高,电弧区平均硬度最低。
The welding of S355J2 weathering steel was carried out by laser arc clad welding. The microstructure and properties of welded joints were studied. The results show that the welding seam of weathering steel is divided into arc zone, transition zone and laser zone. The microstructure is mainly ferrite + pearlite. Tensile strength and yield strength meet the requirements, tensile strength of welded joints to 500 MPa or more, and the base metal strength is quite. With the increase of the thickness, the tensile strength and yield strength of the weathering steel decrease gradually, and the elongation increases. Weather-resistant steel welded joints 10 mm thickness maximum hardness greater than 16 mm thickness of the highest hardness. The average hardness of laser welded joints is the highest, and the average hardness of arc zone is the lowest.
